Sunyani Airport had been proposed to be upgraded to an International during Rawlings regime. However when the NPP came to power this laudable idea was shifted and now Tamale and the Kumasi Airports are the priority ones. The people of Brong Ahafo must wake up and fight for their deserved national infrastructural developments just like the other regions. It must be recalled that, ex-president Atta Mills promised to build a university in the region and the Volta region but now we don't see any thing going on but the one in the Volta region is receiving attention with residential and campus structures. What are the NDC gurus like Asiedu Nketiah and Cecilia Johnson and co doing? At the election time NDC should not make any attempt to use the useless chiefs from the region notably the House of chiefs through bribery to canvass votes for them. Any chief in the region seen being used will be severely dealt with. The chiefs are themselves typically corrupt and are themselves enemies of our progress because they only think of their selfish interest to detriment of the region.

Is volta region more economically or socially viable than Brong Ahafo? I am asking this question because It was the President Atta Mills who promised to build universities for these two regions which was laudably welcomed. This prompted the chiefs in the region honouring him with a title with the hope that by now at least the project would have seen a face-lift. Contrary, the one in the Volta is receiving a serious attention with some impressive infrastructure as against the Brong Ahafo one. We the people in the region have now opened our eyes widely and the NDC dare not step in the region to use our useless and opportunistic chiefs to canvass votes for them. Any chief who thinks is a man must try and we would ensure his right position just like the Seikwahene.
