    Ghana is finish if all the government is capable of doing is borrowing & not funding it on anything substantial but instead, distributing it freely, while the taxpayers is stuck with gargantuan debts.

    Thanks, Phil. Your article is one of the best have read online so far. I have not seen an administration that has lost it priorities so much as to providing sanitary pads when there are better things to invest in.
