He has cut the article into parts and this is the first short part. More on the same line will be coming. In fact, this article is one of his short ones - at "only" 3300 words. (Idris, cf with your articles that average 1400 words and don't promise more parts)

Kwarteng's problem is that he doesn't know how to write short. When he sits down to write, he puts down EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT that crosses his mind at the time of writing and puts down EVERY SINGLE AUTHOR OR WRITER (this is very important for him), he can remember having read or heard of. Then he will make sure that he puts in Molefi Asante somewhere before he feels satisfied.
