Let me tell you this: The juju that Asamoah Gyan is using to play football is known to the juju men who protect him, and it is also known to many good prophets and he cannot hide. Many Ghanaians don't think uprightly, and the rest are not good analyst thus they take sides in any serious case that happens in Ghana. Asamoah Gyan traveled with his bosom pal, Castro, Janet, and his others pals. While at the 'playground', a teasing-argument' ensued amongst them--and whereas other people of their group teased and mocked Castro that he couldn't ride on the sea, others cheered him on and said he could do it so he should try the ride. Castro truly tried it and took his girlfriend, Janet along with him. Suddenly, they never resurfaced. Maybe, they would return later. But for now, the news look very gloom. You are right to say "Castro is not a child" or it "was not the first time Asamoah Gyan has gone there with his friends". But I strongly disagree with you because there are a lot of holes and lack of substance in your childish thinking approach which you want to use to throw dust unto the eyes of good thinkers. All over the world, laws are the same--be it criminal law, civil law, property law, constitutional law, state law, mention just a few. But it is only in Ghana that our laws are misinterpreted to favor only the rich in our antiquated society. If that had not been the case, and this same accident had happened in the U.S or Britain or Germany or Japan or Italy or Holland or Sweden or Norway or Denmark, etc., Asamoag Gyan and all those who went with him would have been civilly invited by the police (not arrested) to come write their statements and tell what they saw before, during and after the missing of Castro and Janet. If Ghana police has had commonsense to have done this, the whole world would have known that Ghana police have come of age. But for their inability to do simple things that U.S grade 2 pupil would know, it means Ghana police is either still living in their own dark world or they are just treating Asamoah Gyan with kids glove just to apply the law milkily to favor the rich, Asamoah Gyan. If the police invite Asamoah Gyan, who is the principal inviter organizer of the trip, he could help them know the names of all those who went with him. From there, the police would be able to determine what happened amongst them before the two went to the sea. Besides, Asamoah Gyan would be able to tell the police how many type of groups they divided themselves and what type of games or fun each group was having or engaged in and how many people belong to each of the groups. Additionally, the above scenarios could have paved way for the police to analyze the story to know if in fact, Asamoah Gyan physically saw Castro and Janet going for a ride or he wasn't at the scene at all. Remember that even if Asamoah Gyan saw the two going to the sea, that wouldn't mean anything that he is responsible for their death; rather, it only helps the police, Ghanaians, and the world to know the absolute truth concerning this saddened ordeal. I am therefore in favor of all Ghanaian lawyers who say the police should have officially "invited" Asamoah Gyan and taken his words as suspect, not a mere witness. If a person is a witness, the law does not bound or require him to come to the police again unless the case because a criminal case and it's prosecuted at the court of law. But if a person becomes a suspect, he writes his own statement for the police and the police allows him to go. But whenever the police needs him, they can call him or invite him as many times that the police wants. It is only when a person refuses to heed to police invitation that compels the police to effect the arrest of the person. Thus if the police invites Asamoah Gyan and he refuses to respect the police to honor their invitation to go write his statement, then the police can arrest him; write his statement, and grant him police bail to go and re-appear at a later date.

Analogically, two people are missing but up to date, Asamoah Gyan and the spokes person for Castro have all kept mute and don't want to tell Ghanaians wheteher they invited Janet to Ada or whether Janet is a girlfriend of Castro or whether the lady didn't know Castro at all but just met him at Ada by cheer coincidence. Many Radio Stations have asked these reasonable wise questions but Asamoah Gyan and the spokes person of Castro say they won't talk about that.

It's an open secret that Castro's death is of eminent concern to you and many unreasonable Ghanaians than the poor lady; forgetting that she's always from a family; very precious lady who also have parents and was equally created by God. How reasonable do many Ghanaians see the blood of Castro better than that of Janet? Why have the police and the media kept the death of this innocent lady under the carpet and only dwelling on Castro's death?

Let me tell you this: When two or more people go to the forest and one doesn't return home, the family and the chief of the town always hold all those who went to forest with him/her accountable; inform the police before they begin searching for the lost. So it matters not the pedigree of Asamoah Gyan--he traveled with his friend; his friend went for 'sea ride' but didn't return and you are saying because Castro is matured and Asamoah Gyan didn't not tell him to go for sea ride the police should not ask him any question? No wonder Ghana is still undeveloped. With the likes of you parading as Ghanaians, how can our nation grow? You are insulting aspersions other people who don't share your views and it is sad that you are calling them "stupid". Interesting. But let me tell you that if there is any "stupid" person in Ghana, then nobody come close to such caption than yourself. Think well! Seek for God's wisdom!
