    the director should have retired three years ago but hes been on contract since. he is very corrupt and only God knows why he is still at post. what a government?

    The gov't says no job for youth and allow retirees to still at post. All retirees should vacate their position for the youth.

    Very sad, but I am sure this is not something new. People are looking to NPP today thinking they will be their savior forgetting that we have had all of them come and go and none is able to do anything, but enrich themselves.

    It is now every institution in the country is rotten to the bone.Every dept is taking money outside before their work for which they are paid is done.Shame on every body giving and accepting bribes.

    That is just the tip of the ice beg. Some human resouce personals collect between ghs 300 to 600
    To issue promotion letters to workers n these letters have signitures from HOCS n other directors.
