    WAHT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. FUEL PRICES ARE GOING UP IN GHANA WHILE IT IS GOING DOWN IN THE USA. ALL DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT. THE PROBLEM WITH GHANA IS THAT WHEN PRICES GO UP THEY NEVER COME DOWN.

    Ghana is now a banana republic. How do they arrive at 23 % and 36%. The 23 % increase still include levies and taxes.
