So you can see the Minister was not late.

Africans working at the Whiteman's Set-up turn in PUNCTUALLY but the SAME come in 2-3hrs. late when ALL-African- Occasion turns out! WHY WHY WHY ???Many work 3 hrs but EXPECT to be paid for 8 hrs!! No doubt, we are still shitting and pissing almost everywhere around! NO DISCIPLINE either!!
