    SOLAR ENERGY IS MORE RELIABLE AND MANAGEABLE IN AFRICA THAN HYDRO/THERMAL ETC.GOVT MUST LISTEN AND HELP THEM IMPORT THE PANELS AND ACCESSORIES.IT WILL ALSO CREATE JOBS FOR THE YOUTH.
