    Does Mr. Bandua mean to say that any judge or magistrate who visits a foreign country should be accorded protocol services? Does it mean when a MP vacations with his girl friend protocol services should kick in?

    Ghanaians abroad are casually treated badly by Ghanaian diplomatic missions abroad, in the same way as shabbily as particular foreign diplomatic missions in Ghana treat Ghanaians in Ghana who want to travel abroad.
