  I do not understand why Holland (like other developed western countries)will continue to do the same mistake over and over again. Please do not give us the money. Instead, come to Ghana yourself with your technicians and execute the projects on schedule and under budget.
  
  Our people have big degrees (PhD, MSc, BSc, MBA, LLB, etc) but cannot successfully carry out to completion any projects they start. There will be no judgement debts if you do it for us. Please, please, please do this for us.
  
  After completion of the projects by your technicians, don't let them go, let them continue to stay there in Ghana and help train the Ghanaians to manage the systems till they are run with minimal consultation from the Dutch technicians. We need this help, please Holland, help us.
