CHRAJ has gone mad again. What is the basic pay that workers in Ghana receive? When Petroleum products are always high and there is constant increase in utility services. Workers' salary for the day qualifies for only trotro fares and you expect them to work? Ask the Russians and they will tell you this maxim:" They pretend to pay us and we pretend to work."

Ghana's SSSS has nothing to do with poor quality management material in the halls and offices of state institutions. The constitution of Ghana is the most flawed work product to come out at the hands of Ghana's so-called intellectual and political elite thereof. There has been lack of worthy work product from the presidency through members of parliament to the rest in civil service.
We have not seen improvement in quality of life in Ghana and yet J.J.Rawlings and his killer group, Kufour and his band of thieves, the late Atta Mills and his team of see-no-evil, hear-no-evil team, John Mahama's team of steal and let's steal and all have not and do not the paychecks they collect each month. Thank God for SSSS which has peeled off the mask of incompetence and the abuse of tax collection processes in Ghana.

Mr. Chraj, Dep. Boss, please, note that it is MANAGEMENT'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to establish measurable systems that could ensure improvement in worker productivity in any establishment. There are a whole lot of factors management needs to take into account in this exercise: 1) The social norms and practices of the work-force and the effort workers actually put into the work they do compared to the targeted amount of effort required for that piece of work
You need to know what PRODUCTIVITY IS, HOW TO MEASURE IT in any given situation. Please, do not unnecessarily, exhibit your ignorance.

Everybody works for and reports to somebody for their pay and the Managers and Directors in the Civil Service who are entrenched and taking in huge beneifts and sitting allowances, with vehicles and bungalows, are to blame! They never get fired, and hence the poor culture of mediocrity andlack of care for the taxpayer is perpertuated!
It all starts from and ends at the top! John D. Mahama is the President! Hold him accountable!
