    I just can't phantom in the first place, how a court can restrict an on going national development project without consultation to the AG before passing a verdict. This can only happen within the corrupt Ghana judiciary.

    The judge who imposed the restriction order is a fool.The law is there but there are at times when common sense should prevail..He is not fit to be a judge.He should be sacked.
