    This is becoming too much. When Petroleum prices are increased in Ghana, the prices never come down. Is this not a shame. Mahama, give yourself a grade based on your true performance as a prez.

    IF JUBILEE OIL WAS BEING REFINED AND SOLD IN GHANA THINGS WOULD HELP LOWER PRICES...AT LEAST gHANA OIL COMPANYS SHOULD CHARGE LESS THAN SHELL OR TOTAL
