It's high time the government stop appointing retired ghana airforce pilots to be DG of GCAA. I have worked in the airforce myself as a non aircrew and the fact is that these arrogant pilots don't have a clue in managing flight informations regions and their human relations are very poor. Go and see how these arrogant airforce pilots multreat their fellow officers in the airforc, denying them freedom. Stop sending these retired pilots to GCAA as DG's because to them who ever is not a pilot is not a human being.

surprised at how some staff can undermine their own...The D-G is one of the most unassuming big men in this country. Regardless of his position, he is humble, soft spoken and down to earth. GCAA will lose a gem if he goes.
