  THE RULE ON EXPORT PROCEEDS MUST BE :
  1.THE EXPORT PROCEEDS MUST BE LODGED IN THE FOREIGN CURRENCY ACCOUNT OF THE EXPORTER IN GHANA.
  2.IF THE EXPORTER WANTS TO UTILIZE PART OF THE PROCEEDS IN GHANA, HE/SHE MUST CONVERT THE ...

  1.THE EXPORT PROCEEDS MUST BE LODGED IN THE FOREIGN CURRENCY ACCOUNT OF THE EXPORTER IN GHANA.
  2.IF THE EXPORTER WANTS TO UTILIZE PART OF THE PROCEEDS IN GHANA, HE/SHE MUST CONVERT THE FOREIGN CURRENCY INTO CEDI BECAUSE "CEDI IS THE ONLY LEGAL TENDER IN GHANA" SO DOLLAR (OR ANY FOREIGN CURRENCY CANNOT BE USED IN THE OPEN MARKET IN GHANA.
