Before you marauders embark on your futile half-baked mission please consult with me first.

1. Please define foreigner
a) include illegal street vending
b) do not discriminate (sex, religion, race or age)

2. You must be willing to identify all the foreign retailers and street hawking vendors.

3. Be aware that it is mostly these foreign retailers who laden our lazy breed with useless goods to hit the streets and force-vend!

Anything short of the above 3 pointers will simply expose your hidden agenda, that is if there really is one.

If the government has made a law to compel them not to do any retailing business,then the law has to work,period.

If they have taken hostage in the WHOLESALE & IMPORT BUSINESSES IN GHANA,they have to leave the retail sector to the citizenry.
That is one of the few smart moves the government did.
If the government doesn't force these foreigners from their operation in the retailing business,then the masses should help the government do it:

FORCE THESE CROOKS(FOREIGNERS) TO LEAVE.

Education is the key to this illiteracy and ignorant madness ithat is affecting most Ghanaians brains.

So many people are not educated leaving school so early so how are you going to compete with better educated and smart foreigners ? Hence , typically Ghanaians mentality of ENVINESS and jealousy madness.

1)Law enforcement is a joke in Ghana since Ghanaians in general are corrupt so even if a foreigner violates the law,he will be left scot-free or helped by our own people to break the law again and again.Take the example of galamsey and the Chinese.

2)A lot of Ghanaian businesses lack business acumen.There is a great misunderstanding and fear of competition especially foreign.Ghanaians believe in making a profit of 100% on whatever they sell.A foreigner would sell an item and make a 10% profit.In the long run ,the foreigner does much better than the local and this sometimes leads to envy.
3)A lot of Ghanaian businesses lack customer care and treat customers like kids.

Having said all this,the law is the law.If a foreigner breaks the law,they should be dealt with period.But we should be careful not to kill competition.

THAT'S ANOTHER PROBLEM.
Example:
How many GHANAIAN MILLIONAIRES ARE IN JEWELLERY PROCESSING AND DESIGNING?
We have GOLD & DIAMOND in Ghana,but our businessmen are not in that field virtually.
THE BUSINESS ACUMEN NEEDED IN GHANA IS NOT THERE.
But the law has to have its rightful course,anyway for the Ghanaian retailing jobs.
Ghanaians are one-way in doing business,because the acumen is not there.
IF ONE STARTS SOMETHING,THEY ALL FOLLOW TO DO THE SAME,BUT WILL NEVER TRY ANYTHING NEW.
They hardly know:
THE DIFFERENCE MAKES THE DOE,BUT NOT SAMENESS.
Sameness ensures comfort,but the difference makes the reward,pay,profit.
Little adjustment makes a whole lot of difference,in anything.
Ghanaians businessmen should start thinking generational in their investments.
WHY?
Because,as the world is moving now,it is becoming evident that our children will be engaging in what we start to do,in the near future,for lack of employment avenues.
NEVER FORGET THIS.
I have started training my children on what to do in TEN YEARS TIME.
I am preparing them on what I am about to leave for them to do.

All what a PhD who lived and worked most of his life outside his Country of birth on refugees Status Could offered his nation.
And those were the terrorist that planned to overthrow Osagyefo Dr Prof Kwame Nkrumah's government.
Ghanaians should answer the question : How many of their relations are working outside Ghana ?
