  So crazy! Over two decades, and you are still there waiting for government to come and help. The river is not always flooded, and since even children are able to cross it with just planks of plywood, I am imagining what 50 wawa boards and a few nails can do! 7 lives.... I am afraid that these lives have been avoidably wasted, and there are chiefs, elders, opinion leaders, etc, and you are all waiting on government. I hope no more lives are lost... What are the leaders there leading then? Tweaaaaaa!

  That is the legacy of Nkrumah. We were told government will provide everything. The depend on government for everything was planted in our psyche by the Nkrumah government and Ghanaians have not gotten rid of this dependency ...
