  What needs to be done is stop third world leaders (developing countries) from moving funds meant for their countries to their personal accounts in Switzerland, Dubai and all these offshore banking destinations. These is the bane of Africa. All African leaders including their appointees must be forced to be accountable for every penny that comes to the national coffers. All exports must be policed and accounted for.
  Because politics has become the most lucrative endeavor in Africa, these rogues must be stopped. Service to nation should not be translated into self-service. If the G7 really mean business they must first expose all the criminals who have become millionaires overnight after getting into politics. I will not mention any names but you know yourself. Thief,thief may thunder strike you.
