    WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES SHUTTING THE WATER WORKS DOWN MAKE. WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OPERATING THERE WAS NO WATER.

    Another useless District Council and parliamentarian is Pokuase after all these years of talk talk they have not been able to bring portable water to Pokuase sad indeed.

    I don't know why and for what they guys are being paid for. I always fill my tank with water purchased from private companies. This notification is irrelevant. The GWCL is useless, it needs to be revamped.
