Security threats? Is tht what the Pres actually said? i figure all these surprise mini-summits were meant to counter, but not to encourage terrorist attacks!

Boko Haram and other terrorist groups are all man made in African due to high poverty and high inequalities in African societies and nothing will stop it till the gap between rich and poor narrows.
