    Lots of laws in usa require contracts to be talked about where news reporters/citizens can heard before they are signed...Usually only land deals are keep quiet to keep owners from jacking up the prices!

    why not use oil profit for projects in the first place? why in a hurry to get loans and use oil as payment with fees and interest? what kind of leaders are these? Ghana was there before the oil discovery... geez

    The Chinese Govt. is warned NOT TO GIVE ANY LOAN TO THE NDC GOVT. The loan agreement abrogation in the case of any new govt. coming to power.

    China builds stadium,roads,bui dam, it's not front page..

    Another thing that worries me is that if the government has to pay 13,000 barrels a day how will it do it? The government does not own the oil, the oil companies do.
    Has this been conveniently forgotten.

    George, I wish you could educate some 90% of Ghanaians that the oil is not own by the Ghana government yet.

    stop the contract and sell the oil to who ever needs it and use the money for the projects. stop them bec GHA needs the money to work with or go to a new places try ur lock.
