Mr Asigbey, as a the Managing director of your company, one of your tasks is to set the direction of your company, share that vision, and implement policies to let members of your organisation to buy-in into your vision or direction.
This implies you recruit only people who buy=in into your vision or direction or dispose of those whose attitudes and behaviour don't add value to your vision. You failure to achieve this implies you have failed as well.

I agree with you to some extent. As much as I do I agree that good customer service and good "brand ambassadorship" are needed, a bad product or service aren't good either. You need both/all of those ingredients and good pric ... read full comment
