    Mr Kofi the sad aspect of this subah criminal thing was that they paid no tax on the amount paid them by the GRA. The payment was treated as a VAT refund which attracted zero tax to the state. Sad indeed.

    Good points raised here. The cost of calls to Ghana are so exorbitant.

    Also, Subah is an Indian company. The owner doesn't have any pedigree in the area of call monitoring.
