Lets face it, all these ashawo journalists and media realized after peddling the propaganda and lies of the NDC that the people immediately saw through them and stopped buying their newspapers or listening to their radio stations , so they now offer watered down versions of the truth instead of the cold hard facts . 98% of the people of Ghana have rejected the corrupt moral and perverse ndc govt policies be it so called fight for sodomy and gay right to fake economy discussions . we do not have these pepeni and ayigbe idiots as you have to be worth something or worthy to hate we simply read my lips here totally DESPISE THEM. we despise their corruption , we despise their hatred of the Akan majority , we despise their looting and their daily lies , the list is endless as the rotten through and through. Then they tell us they are only in first gear , now they say with the economic forum not only has the car stopped but they are now shopping around for IDEAS to find petrol to get the car moving again in a direction they don't know ? yes we deeply despise such pepeni ayigbe incompetence and they should know after this period will follow the period of FURY. Just look at the misery and woes they have brought upon our people and still they refuse to LET OUR PEOPLE GO. they are too busy steal the little foreign exchange left that the cedi is plummeting down. they are allies with kuffour and his band of robbers who hijacked the npp for a while and made sure they destroyed the grassroots network of the npp so npp can not truly lead any opposition fight to the end like the Ukrainians did . these foolish ndc dont seem to figure out everytime time they come up with a way to freely spend the tax papers money we see through their lies and propaganda . so after spending a thousand dollars a day per person at this 4 day national economic forum without consensus what do they have to show for it except more lies , propaganda and wishful fantasy thinking . shame on you kuffuor for giving them support , if you can find it in you to care then advise your partners in crime to resign and go away for good

The Kuffuor led Maladroit government promised the world of a new Ghana cedi will gain value when pegged with the dollar, what we have now is not what was promised.Nothing was put in place by this illiterate Bawumia and his Kookoase economic gurus to sustain the parity of the cedi with other major currency.

When you do monetization, it means you have deliberately pegged your currency to the major ones with the hope that it's value will cope or improve.

Having this, we expected the BOP to improve through prudent economic policies but Bawumia's Dagati economic policies coupled with that of Koookoase bush meat economics only saw more importation of rice from india when Ghana could have invested in agriculture to produce own rice.And so, Bawumia should not think Ghanaians are illiterate as he is.

At this stage of our economic development, the only way is to borrow but invest the borrowing wisely into productive activities such as what the current government is doing.

That said, Bawumia should stop his Dagati economics as these days even the Kookoase opposition npp MP's are well awake.

They chose not to listen to good advice; massive borrowing and embazled; not interested in defending and prosecuting the enemies of the state; putting the whole country on rampage of galamsay and devastative crimes. They even question us what to do in case the "kitchen is too hot". Lack of common sense are expressing desperation with their zongo boys and what benefits of such economic forum can amount to when at the end the same lack of common sense will drive that outcome. A position of a desperate person is a dangerous partner game to play and NPP must avoid it. After all, the kitchen is too hot not only for me but also the no common sense gurus.

We appoint people who have no DEMONSTRABLE Record of MANAGING anything and put them in Charge of BIG Bovt Agencies controlling large SUMS of MONEY. And what do we expect?
People we may not even consider for our STORE MANAGERS because they do NOT have the requisite experience, even though University educated.

EXPERIENCE is the KEY and until that day when we wake up from our SLUMBER and realize this, we should expect things to only get worse.

How do you take a young PARTY ACTIVIST only a few years after leaving school and put in charge of an Institution with personnel some of whom are OLD enough to be his father and some were even working before he was born and expect GOD to be on our side when we are defying WISDOM which only comes from age and experience?

POLITICAL PATRONAGE seems to be the ONLY qualification for positions requiring much more and even when such appointments are made, appointees do not wise up but continue to antagonize Sympathizers of Groups other than their own, failing to realize that they are there to serve the whole Nation. And they are so proud to be doing this and earn BRAGGING RIGHTS for it.

Look at the FREE ZONES BOARD, for example. This is to be the 'NERVE CENTER' of our Investment Drive, yet its CEO is almost always on Radio lambasting political opponents and even went to the extent of lambasting Pastors, all in the name of Politics.

HOW STUPID CAN ANY NATION OF MEN and WOMEN get to be making such needless errors in Governance?

No amount of TALK at one FORUM after the other will solve the problem of Corruption and Mismanagement.

Regrettably, CORRUPTION did not even FEATURE prominently in the AGENDA of the Economic Forum.

And our BIG people after going to Senci to speak Big English and have a Good Time, we return to their respective stations in Govt and continue doing the same things they have been doing which is the direct result of our woes.

And we expect that by some MAGIC things will just improve because we have been at Senchi anmd back?

Even Bature one of their own and a very staunch one at that, having put on his thinking cap which most often is left at the bottom of the dungeon, knows that this propaganda forum is useless, how much more the organizers of this economic forum? This propaganda gimmick has been a huge and monumental colossal waste of 1. time, which Ghana most definitely does not have to engage in such gimmickry and 2. resources, which could have been better utilized at least to pay some of school feeding program contractors whose payments are in arrears.
Clearly, the NDC gov't led by John Mahama is clueless and cannot deliver, and need to be sent packing with alacrity at the ballot box.

The National Economic Forum (NEF) has been a disappointment because there wasn't broad
discussions and consultations before the event. Why was such an event not published in papers
with an e-mail address for the public's input? My input is that we do not lack policy (e.g.
to reduce: debt, unemployment, corruption, etc.), which should be determined by a few think-
tanks in government. But again economic policy is what the forum was about. What we lack are
business.plan-like projects, which are comprehensive, widely debated for transparency and
ready for direct implementation. The ministries should have been tasked to come out with
their best projects which will have the greatest impact. These projects should then have been
discussed by the various committees of NEF.
Government should act like a client who wants to build. She should give terms of reference or
policy: e.g. budget (not more than this year's allocation), number of rooms/floors, etc. Without that, there is no policy concept for the architect to work on. This year's budget (hopefully) already gave the policy concept, like the architect's drawings. This cannot be implemented directly by artisans. We need engineering to work out detailed drawings and specifications. This is where we fail woefully. Why go to Akosombo to ask architects again to tinker with the facade, change some colors, with the hope that artisans can then set to work when the engineers at the ministries are being paid to NOT give detail-drawing deliverables? E.g. Ministry of Agric could have designed a module into NYEP to reduce graduate unemployment by renting parcels of farming land in the plains, acquiring inputs, taking proposals for commercial farming from groups of graduates, giving loans seed money to NYEP as coordinating consultants, who will pass the money through banks for managing disbursements (to short-listed projects) & for managing repayments, etc. Perhaps, it's not late for the Committee to be setup to ask the ministries for input. I could give helping support to such a committee.
