  Now the facility is of no use. Who is to be blamed? NDC people think they wise to use Ghana money any how. With assessment how can a government spend money on projects. This is also causing financial lost to the state.

  The thinking of these ndc people is too shallow for them to plan any project from craddle to grave.

  The thinking of these ndc people is too shallow for them to plan any project from craddle to grave.
  However, teething problems should not mean an early grave for an otherwise good project. The problem is when the likes of Anita de ashawo and kobby homosexual achaempong are being given very important adminstrative roles, things will never run smoothly
