  Boachsoft Finance 2012 software, developed in Accra and in East Akyem in the Eastern Region of Ghana, is helping many people across the globe to balance the family budget and save for their children´s future . People say it is better than the American product Quicken in many ways.
  
  The next version would be released in December 2015.
  
  The controller and accountant general´s department must expedite the payment of new employees. Rent-advance is not easy to come by and some new employees have to resort to sugar daddies to solve their problem.

  Data-mining is the key to the use of technology to improve lives of customers and for business to tailor products to customers and potential customers based on their banking and other online activities. When I worked as a DBA using IBM's power-house database systems at a bank and financial institution, every customer transaction was collected and analyzed against other information gathered on the unsuspecting client including demographic information to help the marketing and new products division tailor sales via printed adverts through the mail and online addresses.
  It is more so crucial to tailor new products to customers and potential customers who failed in their applications for loans and other banking services because of salary/wage and years of employment requirements. It helps institutions to reduce their budget allocation for radio/TV and print promotions, help tailor information to individuals and or communities based on average household income and give existing bank customers a sense of importance that comes with banks providing specialized products to sooth their needs or ego.
  Any bank can issue ATM debit cards to customer for a fee but it takes a smart bank and or financial institution to find ways to promote ATM debit card with built-in restrictions to customers to ensure sustainable customer base even as it seek to increase shares in the customer market. For example, why not forgo the need for temporary profits for a more sustained long term profits that will come by way of specialized ATM debit cards. I will not even go down the path of a Visa, MasterCard, and other merchant based credit card systems until and unless we have a sustainable and uninterrupted electricity supply throughout Ghana.
