Ghana is a developing state, and the much needed funds to see through projects are lost to individuals, who pay nothing into the state chest. Mismanagement of state resources in my opinion, is the result of the country's economic woes. Until the institutions are strenghtened to a reliable level, the country will keep on marking time, and poverty will remain the nations anthem.
