  And what is the reason for the rubber plantation's intended destruction and cutting down of the cocoa trees in the Eastern region? Is there any specific and particular reason for which the Rubber plantation would want to cut the economic trees ie the cocoa trees in those named districts, when cocoa board is at the moment looking at syndicating a loan amount of over $2billion dollars for the cocoa season? The Ghana rubber plantation should give Ghanaians reasons for this particular action, and the motive and sense in the destruction of the cocoa trees.
