  WHAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE NATION TO HAVE LABOUR DEPARTMENT, THE SOLE AGENCY THAT SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LABOUR MARKET, RECRUITMEMNT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, TRAINING AND EDUCATION IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO JUMP ON UNNECESSARY THINGS THAT DO NOT SUIT TO THE NATIONS ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMEMNT.
  
  IT IS TIME FOR THE SO CALLED GYEEDA TO BE SCRAPED AND TO REVIVE THE ROLE OF LABOUR DEPARTMENT IN GHANA.
  
  LASTLY, WHERE WERE THE INDUSTRIES AND TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO TRAIN THE YOUTH.
  
  HOW ON EARTH CAN IT BE POSSIBLE FOR THE YOUTH TO BE TRAINED TO HAVE HAVE EMPLOYABLE SKILLS IN SIX MONTHS.
  
  WE ARE STILL LOST IN THE WILDERNESS.
  
  AND THAT OF COURSE HAVE BEEN THE MAIN CAUSES OF OUR CONTINUED BACKWARDNESS, UNDERDEVELOPMENT AND EXTREME POVERTY IN GHANA.
