    I am not promoting the signing of the EPA.
    I am however promoting the Ghana Artisanal Fisheries as means of ensuring,innovative and sustainably managed primary resource development.

    Odikr@, the point is there are other markets for whatever you lose to the EU market. There is nothing to stop the EU from branding your "products" as substandard and refusing to allow entry into their ports. What safeguards ...
