  The Economist is right but if the GRA and other leaders are corrupt, no amount of reshuffling will fix our problems. A chameleon can change its colors but it still is a chameleon.

  The Economist is right but if the GRA and other leaders are corrupt, no amount of reshuffling will fix our problems. A chameleon can change its colors but it still is a chameleon.
  "Assets = Liabilities + Equity" and accountants should rigidly apply it to our leaders and law enforcement should enforce our laws.
