    Truthfully is it Labour which is guzzling all our resources? Labour just gets paid for their work done, which is just a component of our resources.
    So we need to ask is it just labour that is consuming or guzzling all of one ...

    Maybe the tax revenue is not enough. Start by taxing the perks and allowances of all the ministers and government hangers-on; treat all those as salaries.
