THERE'S LOW PRODUCTIVITY RIGHT FROM THE EXECUTIVE TO THE JUDICIARY ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE MESSENGER IN GHANA'S.
IF THE TOP IS USELESS THE BOTTOM CANNOT BE USEFUL.

With a clueless and unproductive Government in place how can workers be productive ? It is Government that makes policy and set the agenda for development, and it is Government that provides the tools the execution of its policies and agenda. If the policy and agenda are faulty, and if Government fails to provide even the basic tools that workers require to execute the policies and agenda, who is to blame ? How much productivity can there be when Ministers are busy looting the resources that workers need to execute their tasks ? It takes an effective Government to have an effective work force !!!!!!!!!
