Why do Networks work in New York City which is an island of several 60-plus storey high rises? What about Dubai where there are several high-rises including a mile high high-rise? What about Hon-Kong? Improve your services ...

I was in one of the western cities last week and I tell you;I couldnt put a call through over a 20 metre distance. When I complained my hostess pointed at the high-rise buildings as the cause.
