i dont see the Europeans offering the other benefits such as the freedom of movement and insisting on visa free entry into their countries. they are not offering half a trillion for infrastructural development and real assistance in bettering the standard of the people of west Africa . this is a war that will destroy any chances of self reliance and self development . see what they have done to our poultry , fish and beef industry . until we have people who understand the issues and the true hidden agendas and dangers of such a one sided agreement where the benefits are only for the Europeans we should not engage in any such devastating experiments . EPA is being pushed now because they are aware pepeni is an illigimate president , even now the video of the murder of atta mills is being circulted in private circles and one day soon he will be overthrown so he is rushing to put another yoke and burden on the people of Akan. this govt can only borrow and can not even secure investments of 30 billion dollars how do they expect to handle a multitrillion agreement which in reality denies your own people the right to develop their own industry. our industrial base is less than 3% by the way. lets not allow this foolishness to pass , its time for a revolution so we restart the future for our children. we shall never surrender

Breaching of contract by either party .This Gov't wanted to award the contract to it own ministers and in doing so he refused to foresee the dangers associated hence the payment of huge damages. I only pray that this Gov't will not terminate contracts like what they do at makola market but rather follow due procedure. I wonder who his advisers are. If only NPP were not selfish , this country would not have been in the hands of these people who lacks technical know how .

Walking away with an entire govt dossier,when existing public office, may not appear to be injurious to anybody in particular,until our 'negotiators' walk into international arbitration proceedings,only to discover the ridiculous nature of agreements,colleagues had signed onto in the past!
And beyond the sensational headlines and banners, have we all not realized the level of involvement of each and every segement of Ghanaian society - from Traditional Rulers;Clan Heads;'the rich and famous' in this debacle? Those,hitherto perceived as being 'squeeky clean' and faultless,have all turned out to be very ordinary and nothing special,all the crocodile tears not withstanding!

A case in point is when Jake and his criminal party NPP stole state property at a meagre price and the government took it to court, the judge ruled against the government who pays him without considering the country as a whole but for his bribe and probably his political affiliate.

WHY NON REPRESENTATION AUTOMATICALLY PROVES THAT THE PLAINTIFF IS ALWAYS RIGHT BECAUSE THE DEFENDANT DID NOT PRESENT HIMSELF TO COURT. Justice Apau should rather turn his attention to "Judgment Debts"in Connection with the Irresponsible and Stupid Abrogation of Contracts by gov't leadership,which payment in all Cases runs into millions of Dollars or Euros, to Foreign Companies (Billions and Trillions of Ghana present Cedis).,And Corruption or misappropriation of Tax payers Funds,by the numerous" Personal Stomatch Centered" gov't officials.That is what has drained the Ghana Economy,and that is what has impoverished our people,Ghanaians.And Not, legitimate long overdue Compensation denied land owners, now demanded.
So, What is Justice Apau talking about !.
What is GH 293,000 or more to the local people,as against Several Millions of Millions of Dollars or Euros to Foreign Companies.
Advice the gov't to respect the laws in Contract Document,and also to use due processes to abrogate Contract,when the need arises.
Ghanaian executives and leadership Should look before they leap.
Also people in positions of authority Should be held accountable for wrong doings.
That is the way forward.
