Regional police depth every yr. Traffic police must institute the quota system. The more fines, impounded etc an officer collects per month. The more raises, vacation pay, seniority etc they qualify to get

Only 1.4m goes to the state, while 1.4b went into their dirty pockets. Here in Spain, the city council of Madrid alone bags 2 millions everyday. Shame unto you MOTHER GHANA.
