  storage tanks in usa are owned by oil or pipeline companys..not gov, unless its their own supplies for military or transport companys

  So if the masses keep quiet and wash their hands off national affairs, politicians will sell the whole Country on the cheap, and run away.
  
  Did you read the article well? They have already signed the contract without knowing the details; I guess you know what that means, right? They have accepted a few dollars and given away a property of a major national strategic interest - that is the kind of people we have at the helm of affairs! I WEEP FOR THE NATION AND ITS FUTURE GENERATION.
