  Such actions lead govts to raise fuel prices! and we the majority suffer because of such small groups of "greedy"smugglers !

  I can not call someone earning a living a criminal. It is only a crime when they don't pay tax, the deference which should be equal to the price of gas in Ivory Coast.

  Now, we have Gold thrown into the mix via Galamsey, but in the absence of any chance of Coups. So, what can we do other than summoning our own Govts and their minons to The Hague for failing to secure our Borders and arresting blatant corruption among its hierarchy.

  Not sure why this would be illegal. They have paid the market price in Ghana for it and are selling in another country. An arbitrage due to the difference in prices. Would be any different if it was another commodity?
