No wonder Glo has become totally disinterested in investing any further in Ghana, the company's aspirations has never been met so its a huge diappointment the Ghanaian economy is too tight for any meaningful expantions of any kind of business except in Banking, Banking remains the only lucrative business because they are never short of patronage since individual's businesses have to survive no matter how expensive it is to borrow. It is a sad story not even the largest one of them MTN is left out of this mess. I'm not surprised Ghana no longer attract FDI as much these days. Cost of doing business is high, interest rates are high, among the highest in Africa, taxes are burdensome, import duty are hellish. Yet Ghanaian government talk about foreign investments everyday without thinking of the ante-business impediments policies running all investments aground.
