i dont see the Europeans offering the other benefits such as the freedom of movement and insisting on visa free entry into their countries. they are not offering half a trillion for infrastructural development and real assistance in bettering the standard of the people of west Africa . this is a war that will destroy any chances of self reliance and self development . see what they have done to our poultry , fish and beef industry . until we have people who understand the issues and the true hidden agendas and dangers of such a one sided agreement where the benefits are only for the Europeans we should not engage in any such devastating experiments . EPA is being pushed now because they are aware pepeni is an illigimate president , even now the video of the murder of atta mills is being circulted in private circles and one day soon he will be overthrown so he is rushing to put another yoke and burden on the people of Akan. this govt can only borrow and can not even secure investments of 30 billion dollars how do they expect to handle a multitrillion agreement which in reality denies your own people the right to develop their own industry. our industrial base is less than 3% by the way. lets not allow this foolishness to pass , its time for a revolution so we restart the future for our children. we shall never surrender

Sch, the only thing in Ashanti named after our great founder Osei Kofi Tutu to his own name Osei Tutu Ababio, then placed his own statue in the school compound of the school and made himself the life patron. That is why you people get dictators to rule you.Ashanti from ancient are people who detest dictatorship, they always want freedom and democracy, liberty and justice.Ashantis are people who want everyone to have a good living the way you want it hence if an Ashanti is ruling and things don't go well they object to the rule.Every paramount chief under the Golden stool has his own autonomy nobody dictates to him but they are giving advise that is way that monacky is still existing.Those tribes in ghana who were under dictatorship during their ancient times are the ones who don't understand Ashanti and they think Ashanti must also bow to dictatorship, their own leaders were wicked to them and were killing them.Ashanti allow settlers on their lands to get together and organise to have a leader who can also represent them at the manhyia palace for the well being of their people, hence you go to Kumasi they have the Mossi chief, Zongo chief, Dagomba chief, Wangara, Anlo, and all kinds of them even some from the ECOWAS states and that is what make Ashanti great and strong so those who hate and envy them are wasting and weakening the muscles of their hearts because the people are so well organised that you can't break them.I love them for their organisational skills since they joined the UP they've been able to show that skill from 1948 till now to NPP they've never abondened that tradition which believes in what they believe in that is Freedom, Liberty and Justice.You can call them names but I can tell you that they are principled and they stick to that no matter who you are you can never stray them away from their principle of democracy.

I agree with you most Credit card clonnig fraud used in buying goods abroad are all Ashantis and that's equally pace setting record. Stealing of luxury SUV vehicles in Europe and USA and shipping same to Tema ports is also a pace setting records that could come only from your Ashanti tribe. I lived in Nigeria in the early 80s before my current sojourn in the US, when most your Ashanti tribes migrated to Lagos to engage in prostitutions, they came not only were hungry, they discovered to their utmost surprised that the once "Alata" tribes which had been a target of mockery in Ghana are far better developed and more resourseful than the entire Ghana as a whole, very well educated people and highly enlighten people who have encounted western education as far back to early 18th century. It is most times very shamefull and painful when you have to explain to our host citizens that not all Ghansians are Akan/Ashanti criminal gang tribe. Come to the US and see for yourself what your Ashanti young girls have turned prostitution into; under the nose of their surrogate Ghanaian husbands, just to make a few dollars to buy a car to decieve their families back home they live a good life in the US. These are the same Ashanti/Akan tribe that look down upon other tribes as if other tribes had lost an opportunity to be born an Ashanti. Can't blame these shameless tribe; afterall, one eyed man is King in a village of the blind. No wonder Ghana still remains where it had been since independence without any meaningfull progress, that is the result of backward and uncivilised set of tribe who see themselves above all other, whom themselves remain a minority in a multi tribal nation as Ghana. Let the Ashanti noise makers take a trip to nearby Lagos, Nigeria those whom Ashantis in their miopic ignorance thought were just traders on Ghanaian soil to see the high rate of human and physical developments unprecedented in African history, it'll humble the Ashanti/Akan state they have lived in the shaddows of the others for so many years while they remain in a small conner of Ghana making all the fruitless noise of the Ashanti kingdom. The "Alata" tribe you make fun of have developments that'll take century for Akan/Ashantis to only dream about.
