Dear Madam, I can tell you 100% for sure if you really want to solve this issue you can do it within weeks. All the Names put forward for Justice for All Programme are those Prisoners whose' relatives are able to pay bribes to have their names on the list. That is why despite having the program for over 8 years,, prisoners are still in prisons for over 15 years, without your outfit knowing about them.. Some of the Prison Officers are very wicked people. In any case what will happen to the officers whose neglect of duty is causing all this suffering and financial loss to the state?

Yea though we walk through the valley of pepeni death we shall fear no ayigbe evil for the Lord stands by the children of Akan and Israel always . We shall forever remain blessed and despite the trials and tribulations served to us by this aboaba kwasea pepeni and murderous intent of the ayigbe we shall triumph. No matter what they do victory shall be ours for God has most certainly made them blind so they lack any wisdom and see no solutions . These pagan ungodly souls have lied and stolen from us on a daily basis but their days are surely numbered . Somebody quickly remind them i am still waiting in vain to be arrested or see the effects of their juju which they promised because we told our people to prepare for revolution and war . Today its clear the pepeni have armed themselves so we also begin to arm ourselves against these criminals, if you can not buy a licensed gun then make sure you sharpen your cutlasses well and keep them well polished and oiled . pepeni has appointed his incompetent criminal friends , family and tribesmen into various positions of state , little do they know that its not about building empty meaningless careers but they should know its a duty to serve the interests of the people and seek the well-being prosperity of all citizens regardless of stature , religious affiliation , ethnic background , age or gender . They plan and scheme to steal our oil and any wealth we are able to create. they work to systematically destroy even the basic family unit by try to thrush down our throats perverse gay homosexual values as being the ideal .They do not see the beauty of the unity in diversity of the various tribes of Akan rather they encourage and facilitate conflict amongst ourselves but it will not work as our people are now more sophisticated than that as no one is blind to their divide and rule tactics except the few idiots who think they build a political career in the oligarchy which has now crossed over into all parties . Be strong and vigilant oh children of Akan as our day draws nigh . long live the republic of Akan

This does not need any strategy to be produced but immediate action. The Prisons and police authorities should be instructed to conduct a head count of of all prisoners and detainees with details of why they are are detained. When first arrested and detained, who is dealing with the case and for how long they have been detained, what stage is the prosecution of their cases, etc. This could be done within days so that those who have been detained for more than necessary could be identified and appropriate taken. Then the strategy could be prepared for the long term.

I pray that you get arrested and put in cells awaiting 'trial' which never comes after 14 YEARS and you would understand the problem! Having said that, you might not survive in prison for that long so I ask God not to answer this prayer. Amen

An escaped prisoner from Sekondi, imprisoned for 1st degree murder, had spent 14 years of his life sentence in prison. While on the run, he broke into a house and tied up a young couple who had been sleeping in the bedroom. He tied the man to a chair on one side of the room and his wife on the bed. He got on the bed right over the woman, and it appeared he was kissing her neck. Suddenly he got up and left the room. As soon as possible the husband made his way across the room to his bride, his chair in tow, and whispered, "Honey, this guy hasn't seen a woman in years. I saw him kissing on your neck and then he left in a hurry. Just cooperate and do anything he wants. If he wants to have sex with you, just go along with it and pretend you like it. Whatever you do don't fight him or make him mad. Our lives depend on it! Be strong and I love you." After spitting out the gag in her mouth, the half naked wife says: "Dear, I'm so relieved you feel that way. You're right, he hasn't seen a woman in years, but he wasn't kissing my neck....He was whispering in my ear. He said he thinks you're really cute and asked if we kept the Vaseline in the bathroom. Be strong and I love you, too."
