That is in addition to the person you are blowing the whistle about. Report a murderer to the Ghana Police and you will end up paying bribe to even have your report heard.

  Many of Ghana's woes will vanish, IF we can RETRIEVE 90% of the monies STOLEN BY OUR LEADERS OVER THE YEARS!!!!! ...
