    THEY WERE CREATED TO GENERATE PARLIAMENTARY SEATS FOR A PARTICULAR POLITICAL PARTY, AND THE HAVE SERVED THE PURPOSE. THEY NO LONGER OF ANY USE.

    Was there any need for creating those constituencies and their districts? They were created for the purpose of winning the election. Now, find your own means to support it.

    There was no sense in creating those Districts in the first place,unless for political reasons.
    Even before the Districts were created the existing Districts were struggling with funds allocation.
