  Ms Gifty Benyiwa Arthur, will you be fully ok to work in the factory for 35 years and receiving a payment of 300.00 Ghana cedis which is three million old currency.
  
  Look don't think u are in good position so you will speak on behave of the factory ok.
  
  You know the system in the factory and how management are treating the workers as if they animals.
  
  Due to the stupidity of some managers that is why the factory has become like this with billions of debt.
  
  Some of the black managers are seriously making one with the chemicals suppliers to increase the prices and send the money into their account.
  
  you people think we don't now and you are expecting Ghana government to help the factory.
  
  A big factory of Akosombo Textiles where they buy raw materials and produce to sell to buyers and you keep on complaining about financial problem.
  
  We have complain soo many times to change the management both production and administration but we don't know if this foolish Chinese men are afraid of the black Managers.
  
  If you are working as a team and there is no progressive, you must change the leaders.
  
  how can a big company like ATL be buying from local traders whiles you know is far better to import the chemicals in bulk than buying it small small.
  
  Everyday all the machines are running/working but the management keep on telling workers that they don't have money.
  
  I blame you the black management bcs you always want favor and you people really knows how we the workers are suffering in the factory.
  
  If the managers see the Chinese managers, it makes them the have seen God because of maintaining their managerial positions in the factory.
  
  All the good or technical workers in the factory has left to GTP because of the stupid treatment to we the workers.
  
  Has GTP complains about any crisis?
  GTP even buys water and direct power from ECG but they don't complain any crisis how much more ATL doesn't buy even a peswes for water bcs they are close to the Volta lake so they pump the water straight to the factory and luckily they get power straight from VRA which lesser charges.
  
  Am reporting this case to Ghana government to know the out going of the factory.
  
  
  Nobody is checking nobody and the managers knows the system of the factory so they fighting for them self and the workers are suffering most in the factory.
  
  The General manager knows those who are making the factory to run down but he cant take any action.
  
  The factory has become like whom u know and who likes u in the factory.
  
  Even sometimes finish cloth send to buyers and return back to the factory because the faded of the color.
  
  This are many problems going on in the factory.
  
  Investors and business men want to the handle ATL but some of the
  managers are convincing the Chinese men not to agree because they know that when new people come they will take them off that is why they are not doing all this.
  
  Finally the Production Manager must be change and the administrative manager must be change.
  
  The Human resource manager is on pension but due to how he is impressing we the workers that is why the Chinese people doesn't want him to go.
  
  Just three years ago, there was a worker at the bleaching section in which caustic soda splash into his eyes and his eyes got spoilt, in that case his eyes was taking out and it was remaining just one eye but the management didnt mind him and the worker died with no insurance.
  
  Workers wake up 3:30 am everyday and get to work side 5:30 am then we close 6:00pm and get home 7:00 pm with monthly payment 200.00 (Two million cedis) why.
  
  All the workers knows the secret in the factory but if they black managers see you reporting the case the Chinese people, then they will find means to terminate you in the factory.
  
  That is why Akosombo Textiles Limited had become like this with alot billion of dept.
  
  With all the documentations, is the black who prepared all those document because the Chinese cant read and cant not calculate figures so they forge the figures to frustrate them.
  
  Pls any one who needs my number should pls request it to give out immediately

  this is really serious, you need government intervention. is so sad how we Ghanaian kill our fellow. i am an accountant in a Lebanese firm and there is no way i will succumb to any black maltreatment so i always tell my staff ...

  Please if Ghana News Agency is a reputable media house,they should move down here(factory transport yard)Akosombo and interview workers but not management in Accra alone.We the workers are really suffering here.Now management ...

  Please if Ghana News Agency is a reputable media house,they should move down here(factory transport yard)Akosombo and interview workers but not management in Accra alone.We the workers are really suffering here.Now management have created a very big difference between the junior staff and senior staff.Some Examples are 1.Senior staff ranking from supervisors up get better and nutricious food leaving junior staff with uncooked food and even if one give this food to pigs,they may regect it. 2.They pay the senior staff in advance leaving junior staff workers emty until they feel like paying us.example.they pay the chinese workers before or by 25th of every month. 3.A junior staff who have work for more than 30yrs cannot boast of more than 250Ghana Cedis as monthly salary.We work for 12hrs 5-7days a week and one cant take home 300Ghana Cedis a month 3.We the workers can't boast of our own Union,the union here now is fully management Union and many more.
  I am calling on the government of Ghana to come to our aid because we the junior staff are dieing slowly.
  I am also calling on the Ghana News Agency an other concerned media houses to come down here(Akosombo) and interview real and junior staff workers to know more of what am saying.This is a way you can get us to interview us during closing hours that is 4pm or 6pm working days.

  All workers of ATL knows that PETER FORDJOUR is one of the criminals who has break the factory down.
  Almost every body knows in the factory both new site and old site.
  They think we doesn't know what they are doing in the factory.
  We have fact and records down.
  They should wait.
  They will live with a big disgrace.
