The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.

The Ghana health service has made no provision whatsoever for pre – exposure prophylaxis of HIV. This is strange; health personnel and the general public need it before being exposed to possibly risky conditions.

This worrying state of affairs calls for lifestyle changes among other preventive measures.The incidence of breast cancer among women is virtually non existent AMONG WOMEN IN CHINA and the reason is simply this-women in this part of the world DO NOT TAKE COW MILK,period.Some research has established a clear link between the intake of cow milk and breast cancer.My dear Ghanaian ladies, milk especially diary milk is not good for ADULTS BUT IF YOU INSIST ON TAKING MILK,LOOK FOR SAFER ALTERNATIVES LIKE ALMOND MILK,COCONUT MILK,RICE MILK,AND SOYA MILK.As a knowledgeable and health conscious middle aged typical Mfantse woman, I know I ENJOY ONE OF THE HEALTHIEST BREAKFASTS WHICH EXCLUDES COW MILK,WHITE BREAD,WHITE SUGAR,FRIED EGGS,BAKED BEANS and the like.My dear ladies,it is POSSIBLE AND DOABLE!!!!!!!!!Of course there are other lifestyle changes that will reduce breast cancer in women in our part of the world !You want to know why?Email me at joemcca@gmail.com.Thanks and God Bless YOU all my dear sisters

The first guy says, "I would like to hear them say that I was a great doctor of my time and a great family man."
