    The most needed referendum is to reduce the number of MPs from 270 to 10 for each region, and changeable every two or three years to kick out the lazy ones.

    How about the election of Regional Ministers and the MCE, DCE and other officers? This is the important thing to vote on not declearing war & death penalty!!!!

    what about voting for DCE and regional ministers, doing away with not being able to prosecute Rawlings and Kuffour or requiring these jerks to pay taxes or doing away with the Rawlings' constitution?

    Reduce the districts to about 25 and let us vote for them,
    no regional ministers,
    reduce members of parliament to a maximum of 100,
    reduce ministries to 24 or thereabou ...

    Just listen to this man insisting on the death penalty. Ghana should keep the death penalty intact because our nation is too precarious and abolishing the death penalty, will open the door for some elements to go haywire.
