That says it all about our educated yet illiterate leaders. Always making Business attractive for foreigners and not for the locals. Black man when will you stop subjugating yourselves to the westerners and start to manage your own affairs.

  I'm sure there are three/Four people in Ghana who can TEAM to finance such a project.They WILL BETTER NOT.Can the Blackman also TRUST his FELLOW and work together ???
