People of GHANA, do not support POLITICAL PARTIES like you would support HEARTS or KOTOKO. Political parties are a GROUP OF PEOPLE who claimed they can MANAGE AFFAIRS of our COUNTRY for us. They do that FOR A LIVING, and we PAY THEM for what they do. You must therefore use your HEAD not your EMOTION to ASSESS THEIR PERFORMANCE. That is the ONLY WAY you can give them A FAIR ASSESSMENT. When they do a GOOD JOB you RETAIN them, when they don't, you KICK THEM OUT. If they COMMIT any CRIME whiles in OFFICE, you PROSECUTE THEM to serve as DETERRENT for others. This is the only way our country can move forward. Remember also that MEMBERS of PARLIAMENT are accountable to you, the people who put them there. MONITOR what they are doing and question them on it when they come back to you for RE-ELECTION. YOU HAVE THE POWER, not them. For those who PROPAGATE TRIBAL DISCRIMINATION, don't vote for them; and tell them in the face that you don't want GHANA DIVIDED. God bless every Ghanaian. Long Live Ghana.

In any case I feel the visit to the ship is a task performed below the belt. Where is our Minister of Defence, the CDS and the Navy Commander? Any of these wonderful appointees could have done that on Ghana's behalf and not the President himself. what is happening cant someone whisper to the ear of the president at all. An ordinary Naval vessel and you have our utmost personality paying it a visit. NO NO this is unacceptable. Do you know what would have happened in the opposite when a Ghanaian Naval Vessel visits Italy, I am sure it would have been some assembly man who would have been appointed to visit it. Even the Vice is too high for such a visit. Ghana's flag must be flown higher than this.

May be Asiedu Nketsia could have done this as this was not taught at Bechem Training College

I do not support anybody because of which part of Ghana they come from but pure on what hey can do for Ghana. I have issues with the President not attending to urgent matters and going on this visit to the vessel but what has that got to do with his religion or ethnicity? Didn't Kufuor travel unnecessarily every other week all over the world, wasting taxpayer money foolishly? WTF!

After insulting the President for 365(1/4)days, what did you achieve? Some of you are so naive that you think when the President is not from your political party then there is nothing good about him. In life situation, even if your rival's son is handsome you have to admit it.

Were all the country's problems solved when Kufour became a tourist president always travelling away from the country? We must always try to be realistic in our criticisms. The fact that the country have problems doesn't mean the President must sleep behind his writing desk before those problems are solved.
