    IF THE AGENCY DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO PREDICT SUCH SITUATIONS ON TIME JUST SAY SO. WE ARE DOOMED AS FAR AS WEATHER PREDICTIONS IN THE COUNTRY IS CONCERNED

    I'm so sad when I saw this article.21st century where people are noticed 3 to 4 days in advance about weather forecast,it's only in Ghana that they can't provide that.Ghana wake up.

    Leaving Npp agents at post when Ndc took over,,thanks to late prof's father for all agenda. these agents were quick to give interviews to radio stations when they have not been asked.

    If you are under-resourced just tell cabinet. you could have as well worked hand in hand with some well-resourced agencies in Europe for a better service at reduced fee. period

    you could predict and Ghanaians will not take it serious. If it had been word against the government or president that information could have been pick up dealt with.

    Meteological forecast is not an exact science.
    Nobody can predict nature with exactitude.

    Resource the Meteorological Agency so that they do a good job. Or consult some of the Weather Channels in US. We can learn from them. El -NINO is coming ! , we should expect lots of torrential rain.
