Left to me alone, most officers at both VRA / GRIDCO should be fired as well as the technicians and engineers who always made sure that a gemnerating unit is always down to cause a disaffection for the Gov't.

i would think they wouldn't be thinking of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars if they thought gas could be released from the wells for production
